稍稍 is a formal, reduplicated adverb meaning 'a little, slightly', used especially in writing or polite speech before verbs (稍稍等一下). It is more formal than 稍微 (HSK4, common in conversation) and does not carry the negative connotation that 有点儿 (HSK1) often implies (e.g., 有点儿冷).
