Definition
立场 (lì chǎng) refers to a firm, principled stance or position on an issue, often in a debate or conflict. It is stronger and more committed than 观点 (guān diǎn 'viewpoint'), and differs from 主张 (zhǔ zhāng) which emphasizes actively advocating a view. 立场 is commonly used in political or ideological contexts.
