说来 is a verb phrase used as a discourse marker, meaning 'speaking of which' or 'now that you mention it'. It often introduces a related remark or returns to a previous topic. The input pinyin 'shuì' is non-standard — the normal pronunciation is shuō lái (first tone + second tone). In casual speech, it can also appear as 说起来 (shuō qǐ lái), with the same function.
