走开 is a resultative verb compound combining 走 ('walk/go') and 开 ('away/open') to mean 'go away' or 'get away', commonly used in commands. It can take the potential complement pattern: insert 得 (de) between the syllables to express 'can get away' (走得开) and 不 (bù) to express 'cannot get away' (走不开).
