逃学 is a separable verb (离合词) meaning to skip school without permission. The verb 逃 can separate from 学 by inserting aspect markers like 了 or 过, or a duration phrase, as in 逃过学 ('have skipped school') and 逃了两天学 ('skipped two days of school').
