Definition
遂 (suí) is a bound morpheme that only appears in the compound 半身不遂 (hemiplegia — paralysis of half the body). It cannot be used alone. Note that 遂 has a separate reading suì used in other words like 遂愿 (to fulfill a wish) or 未遂 (attempted but failed), but this row covers only the suí reading.
