遗漏 means 'to inadvertently leave out or miss an item, detail, or step' — it's about something that should have been included but was accidentally omitted. Unlike 忽略 (hū lüè), which implies neglecting or not paying attention, 遗漏 is more about a concrete omission in a list or process; and unlike 漏 (lòu), which can also mean 'leave out' in casual speech, 遗漏 is more formal and used in writing or careful checking.
