邮箱 refers to the container or address for receiving messages — it can mean an email inbox/address (digital) or a physical mailbox. It's different from 邮件 (yóu jiàn), which means the message itself (the email or mail), not where it goes. 邮局 (yóu jú) is the post office, a physical location, not a box.
