醉 (zuì) means 'drunk, intoxicated' from alcohol; it is a verb describing the physical state after drinking. 陶醉 (táo zuì) is a different emotion — being deeply absorbed in a pleasant experience (music, scenery), not related to alcohol. 晕 (yūn) means dizzy or faint, which can happen from illness or motion, not from drinking.
