霓裳 refers to the legendary rainbow-colored garments worn by immortals in Chinese mythology, especially the Eight Immortals (八仙). It is often used in classical poetry and literature to evoke otherworldly beauty, and also appears in the name of the famous Tang-dynasty dance '霓裳羽衣曲' (Rainbow and Feather Robe).
