Definition
预订 (yùdìng) means 'to reserve/book in advance' — used for tickets, rooms, tables, etc. It is more specific about advance booking than the shorter 订 (dìng, HSK4), which can also mean 'to subscribe'. 预约 (yùyuē, HSK5) is for appointments with people or services, not for products or fixed seats.
