Expressing "every" with question words
To express “every” or “any,” place a question word (such as 谁, 什么, or 哪儿) before 都, followed by a verb or adjective. Note that negation with 不 comes after 都, not before the question word.

Question Word + 都 + Predicate
Examples
- 谁都喜欢美食。Shéi dōu xǐhuan měishí.Everyone likes delicious food.
- 谁都可以进。Shéi dōu kěyǐ jìn.Everyone can come in.
- 谁都不相信他说的话。Shéi dōu bù xiāngxìn tā shuō de huà.No one believes what he said.
