Reduplication of verbs
Repeat a verb to show the action is done briefly or casually. For single-syllable verbs, just say it twice; the second syllable gets a neutral tone.

For single-syllable verbs. The second verb is pronounced with a neutral tone.
Examples
- 你看看。Nǐ kànkan .Take a little look.
- 我试试。Wǒ shìshi .I'll give it a try.
- 说说你的想法。Shuōshuo nǐ de xiǎngfǎ.Talk a little bit about your ideas.
- 出去玩玩吧！Chūqù wánwan ba!Go out and have fun!
- 我想出去走走。Wǒ xiǎng chūqù zǒuzou .I want to go out and walk for a bit.
