流出 (liú chū) — (of liquid) to flow out, to run out; (of information, money, etc.) to leak out, to be discharged

流出 (liúchū) means fluid or something fluid-like moves outward from a source — water from a pipe, tears from the eyes, or metaphorically money/information leaking out. Note: 出 splits off as a result complement; it is NOT the 离合词 流出 itself.
