汁 (zhī) — juice

Definition

汁 (zhī) means the liquid 'juice' that comes from pressing or cooking a fruit, vegetable, or meat — closer to 'juice/sap/gravy' than to a drink you buy. It always combines with what it comes from (橙汁, 柠檬汁, 肉汁).
