Definition
不会 is an auxiliary verb that negates 会. It has two main uses: (1) to say that you haven't learned to do something, implying you couldn't do it even if you tried — for example, 我不会游泳 ('I can't swim'). (2) to say that something won't happen or is unlikely based on reasoning — for example, 明天不会下雨 ('It won't rain tomorrow'). Be careful not to confuse it with 不能, which expresses physical inability or prohibition.
