不敢当 (bù gǎn dāng) is a polite, humble set phrase used to deflect praise — it literally means 'I dare not accept (the honor)'. It is more formal and self-deprecating than the casual 哪里 (nǎ lǐ) 'not at all' and the colloquial 好说 (hǎo shuō) 'it's nothing'.
