Definition
危及 (wēijí) means 'to endanger, to jeopardize' and always takes a direct object — it describes a threat to something abstract like safety, health, or development. 危害 (wēihài) is broader: it can mean 'to harm' concrete things (people, animals) and also serves as a noun ('harm, damage'). 濒危 (bīnwēi) is a stative verb meaning 'to be endangered' (e.g. a species), not an action verb.
