合理 (hé lǐ) is the everyday adjective for 'reasonable' — it can mean logically sound (a reasonable explanation) or fair (a reasonable price). It is more general than 公平 (gōng píng 'fair, impartial') and 公道 (gōng dao 'fair, reasonable in deals'), and less technical than 理性 (lǐ xìng 'rational, logical').
