Definition
投诉 (tóusù) is a formal, official complaint, often as a customer or to an authority, expecting a resolution. This contrasts with 抱怨 (bàoyuàn, HSK5), which is informal grumbling about general dissatisfaction, and 埋怨 (mányuàn, HSK7), which focuses on blaming someone for a problem.
