振动 (zhèn dòng) refers to rapid, repetitive oscillation — the kind you feel from a phone or a machine. It is more technical than 震动 (zhèn dòng), which can also mean emotional shock, and distinct from 震 (zhèn), which describes a single sudden jolt (like an earthquake).
