Definition
接吻 is a separable verb (离合词) meaning 'to kiss (on the lips)'. It's more formal than the colloquial 亲 or 亲嘴. When you need to add a duration, frequency, or other complement, the two syllables split: 接 can take aspect markers (了, 过) and measure words, while 吻 stays as the object. For example: 接过一次吻 ('kissed once'), 接了很长时间的吻 ('kissed for a long time'). You don't put the person being kissed directly after 接吻 — use 和/跟 + person + 接吻.
