流转 (liú zhuǎn) means 'to circulate' (of capital, goods, or time) or 'to wander' (of people). For circulation, it differs from 流动 (flow/mobile) and 流通 (circulate/distribute) by emphasizing a cyclical transfer through a system. For wandering, it is more neutral than 流浪 (homeless) or 漂泊 (drifting rootlessly).
