Definition
章程 (zhāng chéng) is the formal charter or articles of association of an organization, defining its purpose, structure, and governance. It is more foundational than 规定 (general regulation) or 条例 (formal ordinance), and unlike 宪法 (national constitution) it applies to a specific organization.
