血压 (xuè yā) is the medical term for 'blood pressure' — the pressure of blood against artery walls. It differs from 压力 (yā lì), which is general 'pressure' (physical or mental), and from 气压 (qì yā), which is 'atmospheric pressure'. 高血压 (gāo xuè yā) is the specific condition 'high blood pressure'.
