跑腿 is a separable verb (离合词) meaning 'to run errands' or 'to do legwork'. The verb 跑 and the object 腿 can be separated by measure words, duration, or other elements — for example, 跑了一趟腿 ('ran an errand once') or 跑跑腿 ('do some errands'). You can also add a person after 给: 给他跑腿 ('run errands for him').
