Definition
辑 is a bound form (b.f.) that cannot stand alone — you'll find it in compounds as a suffix or prefix. Its two main modern senses are: (1) editing/compiling, as in 编辑 (editor), 辑录 (to compile); and (2) a classifier for volumes, issues, or series installments, as in 第一辑 (first volume/season). The archaic literary sense 'peaceful' is very rare and not productive in contemporary Chinese.
