Emphasis with 就是
Use 就是 to emphasize that someone or something is exactly or precisely what is being described. It often appears before a noun phrase and adds a sense of certainty or confirmation. Be careful not to confuse this emphatic 就是 with the conjunction 就 meaning 'then' or 'as soon as'.
