Expressing "at the same time" with 兼
Use 兼 to indicate that someone holds two positions or roles at the same time. This structure is formal and common in professional introductions or resumes. Note that 兼 describes concurrent roles, not simultaneous actions (for actions, use 一边…一边…).

Subj. + 是 + Noun 1 + 兼 + Noun 2
