Expressing "every" with question words
To express “every” or “any,” place a question word (such as 谁, 什么, or 哪儿) before 都, followed by a verb or adjective. Note that negation with 不 comes after 都, not before the question word.

- 谁都喜欢美食。Shuí dōu xǐ huan měi shí.Everyone likes delicious food.
- 谁都可以进。Shuí dōu kě yǐ jìn.Everyone can come in.
- 谁都不相信他说的话。Shuí dōu bù xiāng xìn tā shuō de huà.No one believes what he said.
