引路 is a separable verb (离合词) meaning 'to lead the way' or 'to guide'. The verb 引 and the object 路 can be separated by measure words, complements, or other elements, as in 引了一次路 ('led the way once'). The person being guided is typically introduced with 给 or 为, not placed directly after 引路.
