没准儿 (méi zhǔnr) is a very colloquial, spoken way to say 'maybe' or 'not sure' — it's the erhua version of 没准. It's more casual than 可能 (kěnéng) and 说不定 (shuōbudìng), and much less formal than 许 (xǔ) or 恐怕 (kǒngpà). Use it in everyday conversation when you're genuinely uncertain.
