没法 is a separable verb-object compound (离合词) meaning 'to have no way' or 'to be unable to'. It can be split by inserting a modifier or object between 没 and 法, as in 没一点办法 ('not a single way') or the common pattern 拿...没办法 ('can't do anything about someone/something'). The verb 没 negates the noun 法 ('method'), so the whole phrase expresses a lack of options.
