Definition
磨合 (móhé) means 'to break in' or 'to wear in' — the gradual process of parts or people adapting to each other through use. Unlike 磨 (mó, general grinding/rubbing) or 磨损 (mósǔn, wearing out/damage), 磨合 implies a positive adjustment that makes things work better together, like a new engine or a team.
