Definition
难怪 (nán guài) and 怪不得 (guài bu de) both mean 'no wonder' or 'cannot blame', but 难怪 is slightly more formal and common in writing, while 怪不得 is more colloquial and often used in everyday speech. Both can be used as adverbs or verbs.
