教唆犯 (jiāo) — (juridique) complice, instigateur (personne qui incite autrui à commettre un crime)

Définition

Legal term for the person who incites or urges another to commit a crime — distinguished from 实行犯 (shíxíngfàn), the person who actually carries it out. Both share criminal liability, but 教唆犯 is punished for the instigation itself.
