Termine giuridico per la persona che istiga o spinge un altro a commettere un reato — distinto da 实行犯 (shíxíngfàn), la persona che lo esegue effettivamente. Entrambi condividono la responsabilità penale, ma 教唆犯 è punito per l'istigazione stessa.
