Definition
Usato per dire che una quantità di qualcosa (cibo, medicine, acqua) è 'giusta — né troppo né troppo poco.' A differenza di 适度 (che descrive un grado generale come un ritmo o una politica), 适量 modifica specificamente una quantità.
