成型 (chéng xíng) — to take shape, to become formed

Definition

成型 (chéngxíng) emphasizes a finished, completed shape — 'to have taken form.' Unlike 形成, it stresses the result rather than the process, and is more physical/concrete than 塑造's figurative 'to shape.'
