Definition
Un'azienda che acquista da un produttore e rivende, spesso come agente regionale esclusivo. Distinto da 批发商 (grossista) e 零售商 (rivenditore al dettaglio): il 经销商 si concentra sulla distribuzione autorizzata piuttosto che sulla rivendita all'ingrosso o alla vendita diretta al consumatore.
